Flat fees, quoted before any work begins
Court filing fees are separate and paid to the court. In Los Angeles County, the first filing in most family and civil cases is currently $435. If you cannot afford court fees, I will prepare a fee waiver request at no extra charge with any package.

Payment
- Packages $500 and over: 50% when you sign the contract, 50% before filing.
- Under $500: paid in full when you sign the contract.
- Payment plans available on packages over $900, in up to three monthly payments.
- I accept Zelle and Venmo.
- Every client receives a written Notice to Consumer and a written contract, and may cancel within 24 hours of signing for a full refund.
